Before, there was a mismatch of levels and corners where the original wall had been moved and a beam put under the chimney stack. I proposed a new high level shelf, hiding the beam and creating a cosy sleeping alcove.

It might seem counterintuitive to drop the ceiling, but a focus on straight lines and purposefully placed colours makes this whole room feel a lot more planned. My youngest client yet seems happy with the results!

SITE UPDATE

Things are progressing over in Thelwall, the ground floor extension walls are up ready for the roof and dormer work to start!

I’ve been busy surveying this weekend, time to turn these doodles into a home!!

I’ll always include a survey as standard when I’m working with you on the design of your home. I can also offer a simple survey and existing drawings as a separate service.

Planning Submitted!
